SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE

Slumdog Millie, I figured, this movie is not winning so many awards for nothing so i might as well check it out. That and everybody and their mother was tellin me it was a must see. It turned out to be really good flick, fa real. For those of you who still haven't seen or heard of this film and are wondering what its about. I'd say its a story of fate or destiny, even God's plan (by the way the name of my new album I'm working on). It was pretty dope. A good ass story of how you can't stop the inevitable from happening. I belive in life we go through certain things for a reason, you might not find out what that reason may be for a while, but eventually you will. Peep it out if you haven't already.

Designer Babies

The Fertility Institutes recently stunned the fertility community by being the first company to boldly offer couples the opportunity to screen their embryos not only for diseases and gender, but also for completely benign characteristics such as eye color, hair color, and complexion. The Fertility Institutes proudly claims this is just the tip of the iceberg, and plans to offer almost any conceivable customization as science makes them available. Even as couples from across the globe are flocking in droves to pay the company their life's savings for a custom baby, opponents are vilifying the company for shattering moral and ethical boundaries. Like it or not, the era of designer babies is officially here and there is no going back."

On a persoal note, this is pretty scary. Some people are trying to play GOD!

WATCHMEN

LET ME START WITH SAYING THAT I NEVER HEARD THIS COMIC BOOK BEFORE. SO ITS NOT LIKE I WAS A FAN TO BEGIN WITH IN THE FIRST PLACE. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DON'T KNOW I'M A HUGE MOVIE BUFF, WELL WHEN I HAVE THE TIME, SO I FIGURED THIS WAS A MUST SEE. ANYWAYS, I WAS SOLD WITH ALL THE HYPE BEHIND THIS ONE. SO MUCH THAT I WENT TO A MIDNIGHT SHOWING OF IT. THIS HAS TO BE ALMOST ONE OF THE WORST MOVIES I'VE EVER SEEN. I KNEW WHAT WAS GOIN ON BUT IT WAS LIKE I WAS LOST THROUGH THE WHOLE FILM. I DONT KNOW IF THAT MAKES SENSE. SPECIAL EFFECTS WAS KOO, BUT THATS ABOUT IT. I SAW IT FROM BEGINING TO END AND CAN'T EVEN TELL YOU WHAT IT WAS REALLY ABOUT. SHIT WAS LAME . THIS IS JUST MY OPINION SO PLEASE DIE HARD FANS DONT GET OFFENED. I SHOULD'VE WAITED ON THE BOOTLEG, THEN I WOULD'VE SAVED SOME BREAD AND BEEN ABLE TO THROW IT IN THE TRASH!

McDonald's Meltdown

FORT PIERCE, Fla. - Authorities say a Florida woman called 911 three times after McDonald's employees told her they were out of Chicken McNuggets.

A police report says 27-year-old Fort Pierce resident Latreasa L. Goodman told authorities she paid for a 10-piece last week but was later informed the restaurant had run out.

She says she was refused a refund and told all sales were final. A cashier told police she offered Goodman a larger portion of different food for the same price, but Goodman became irate.

911 charge. A current phone listing for Goodman couldn't be found.

A McDonald's spokesman says Goodman should have been given a refund, and she's being sent a gift card for a free meal.

Buck Mascot Gets BUCKED UP

Now, normally, this is where the story would end. Applause, children's laughter, maybe a little worm dance at center court. But not so fast. This is the fragile Bucks were talking about here — naturally, Bango suffered a torn ACL in his right knee and will undergo surgery in late March.

Chris Brown says he is seeking  counseling from loved ones and family members and is "sorry and saddened" by what happened in a case involving accusations of a criminal threat against a woman last week after a pre-Grammy party. Police have not confirmed the ID of the woman, but Brown was spotted leaving the party with girlfriend Rihanna. While he does not elaborate, Brown also says much of what is being reported about the incident is untrue.
